Tours

For your piece of mind we encourage you to come out for a tour anytime during business hours we would be more than happy to show you around. Due to safety reasons we ask that you do not bring your pet while visiting. If you are uncertain of how your pet will do at a kennel we would recommend a trail stay so we can assess how they do and let you know when you pick them up. Trial stays can be an afternoon or an overnight at no extra charge to you.

Exercise Program

This is an optional service that offers dogs a ½ hour session outside the kennel for $6.00. Generally part of the time is spent on leash walking around and exploring our 2 ½ acres, and part of the time is spent off leash in our exercise compound. The compound is 30’ x 30’ so there is abundant room for dogs to run and play. Exercise sessions are one on one time with a staff member, not with other dogs as we do not know the temperament of all the pets that stay. If an owner has two dogs staying with us and would like to have them exercised together, this can be arranged. This program helps dogs burn up that extra energy and builds confidence with the private playtime.

Special Needs / Medication:

We are happy to accommodate pets with special needs. Our individual kennels and expert staff welcome pets that need a little extra attention.

We will administer owner-provided medication in accordance with instructions. There is no additional charge for this service.

Pet Psychology and Obedience Training:

Is your pet scared of his or her own shadow? Are your arms sore after your pet takes you for a walk? Are you tired of your pets jumping all over your guests?

No matter how big or small your pets problem may be Ashley can help. After an initial consult she can design a program for you and your pet to work on at home or she can work with your pet while they are here boarding with us. Let us help you understand your pets behavior and help them become a happy, relaxed and pleasant part of your family.

Full Service Pet Grooming:

Rose offers a calm and quiet environment and will take excellent care of your furry friend. Your dog will receive a one on one experience including: brush and comb-out, bathing, any length or breed specific haircut, blow-out, pawdicure, ear cleaning, pad trimming, a bow or bandana and doggy cologne or perfume. Optional salon extras: teeth cleaning, blueberry facials, oatmeal baths, de shedding massage, flea and tick baths.

Grooming can be done by appointment or while your dog is boarding with us. Pick up and delivery service is also available. We do require proof of current vaccinations for all services.

Note: we are now using the Clipper Vacc. The clipper vacc system lifts the coat up as you cut for a velvety finish! While using the clipper vacc, blades never get hot, making razor burn impossible. Your furry friend should be groomed every 6-8 weeks to minimize the risk of matting. Drop in pawdicure service available 7 days a week.

Medical Emergency Policy:

We will confirm your choice of vet clinic and require an emergency number be left with us at the time of check-in; this number cannot be a vet clinic. Should a medical crisis take place we will first call the person at the emergency number regarding possible previous medical conditions and a course of action for treatment i.e.: calling vet for consultation or taking pet to see the vet. Pets will be taken to their own vet clinic unless it is after vet clinic hours, most clinics in Regina subscribe to the Small Animal Practices After Hours Veterinary Emergency Service in which case the pet will see the vet on call. All vet fees are the responsibility of the pet owner and must be paid before the pet is picked up. There will be a $25.00 service fee to take the pet to the vet clinic.
